An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Specht in the 8th minute of play forced PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Vlad Covrig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vlad Covrig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Specht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calistrat Şerbănescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Michel Kinell made a huge save. In the 57th minute, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after David Jönsson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nykvarn's Max Persson got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michel Kinell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calistrat Şerbănescu's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Damian Cârlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Olimpiu Fecioru hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Nykvarn's Harald Specht ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vlad Covrig. Vlad Covrig yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Damian Cârlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michel Kinell was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 90th minute David Jönsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Covrig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Nykvarn getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Conny Sundström hit a great ball. Nykvarn's Michel Kinell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Şerbănescu in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Jönsson in the 94th minute of play forced PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Vlad Covrig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nykvarn walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
