After the first half Club Atlético Atlanta were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şevket Çağa to make the kick off. After taking down the ball on AC米兰's corner Vinícius Junior fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pankracy Glogowski quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Şevket Çağa hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the game, AC米兰's 何威庭 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pankracy Glogowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Thanks to some nice moves Şevket Çağa could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Fu Feng Chong however easily saved by the left post. 秦风谦 kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Fu Feng Chong stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şevket Çağa's shot from short distance in the 91st minute.
