Stanislav Búlgarov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Parfen Babarykin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grigoriy Melnichenko got free with Vitomir Starokin in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
