An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzo Ivanov in the 5th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Aquiles Oihenarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Milian came free, but Vute Baliev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Nalo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. In the 10th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Nalo to maneuver through the defense. Gonzo Ivanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Toni Nenchev. After 29 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Vinnie Jones. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Gonzo Ivanov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Oihenarte. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Oihenarte should have stopped the shot. Aquiles Oihenarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nano Mitrashkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquiles Oihenarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toni Nenchev's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Aquiles Oihenarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzo Ivanov in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Aquiles Oihenarte got control of the ball when Gonzo Ivanov tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Dragan Mangezov kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's Fabian Guter couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 51st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for DARAS. After a rather tough play, DARAS's Dragan Mangezov got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Teobaldo Milian kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Gonzo Ivanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When DARAS's Gonzo Ivanov in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aquiles Oihenarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzo Ivanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Gonzo Ivanov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DARAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. DARAS's Svetoslav Hrulev was substituted for Iliya Kasabov. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzo Ivanov in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Oihenarte saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. Aquiles Oihenarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzo Ivanov's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Club Atlético Atlanta's Aquiles Oihenarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragan Mangezov in the 90th minute of play. Fabian Guter hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. DARAS had won after a very even match.
