The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético Atlanta's Teobaldo Milian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baldomiro Enetz. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Pedro Rojelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Baldomiro Enetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Delmiro Sauveur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Internet XAire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Internet XAire's Delmiro Sauveur got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saul Oskarbi hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Milian in the 71st minute of play forced Internet XAire's goalkeeper Baldomiro Enetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético Atlanta's Aquiles Oihenarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Pirmin in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Internet XAire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Oskarbi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 95 minutes of play, Internet XAire's Urbano Checa made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquiles Oihenarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Club Atlético Atlanta lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
