Korneliusz Grucza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Santo having to interfere. BYDGOSTIA's Stasio Rozanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Jokin in the 5th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Feliks Iwanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Pio in the 18th minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Stasio Rozanski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomil Kaczynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Santo having to interfere. Severiano Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Mindykowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when BYDGOSTIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszek Jaraczeski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Korneliusz Grucza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BYDGOSTIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Korneliusz Grucza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Filomeno Pio made a precise shot to the right of Stasio Rozanski. BYDGOSTIA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 46 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Montae came free, but Stasio Rozanski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filomeno Pio was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Stasio Rozanski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the BYDGOSTIA defense, Filomeno Pio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stasio Rozanski. The BYDGOSTIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stasio Rozanski should have stopped the shot. The supporters of BYDGOSTIA booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Pio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radomil Mindykowski kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. BYDGOSTIA made a substitution. Hieronim Brudnicki replaced Radomil Mindykowski. A collision led to BYDGOSTIA getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Radomil Mindykowski hit a great ball. With his leg Stasio Rozanski managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Amboy FC's Filomeno Pio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filomeno Pio got free with Stasio Rozanski in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Israel Montae came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Amboy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Montae couldn't finish the play. BYDGOSTIA's Wincenty Dembkowski was substituted for Zbyszek Jaraczeski. Filomeno Pio took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stasio Rozanski. Stasio Rozanski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Stasio Rozanski came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Amboy FC's Filomeno Pio. But to his dismay, Filomeno Pio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After recieving a nice pass, Amboy FC's Maximino Aznaro tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Amboy FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
