But to his dismay, Eugenio Bernal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Didi Papardelas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Monico in the 13th minute of play. Eugenio Bernal hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Anacleto Monico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Didi Papardelas made a huge save. 20 minutes into the match, Piquirenda FC's goalkeeper Didi Papardelas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Bras. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
