Eustacio Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Vladimiro Raulo struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Branislav Velchevski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moscovi Ψ. Romulo Brion made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Vladimiro Raulo immediately put the ball in play. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting a goal against them. If Arnaldo Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Edgard Eudoxio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Branislav Velchevski. The goal made the score 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Bamford came free, but Branislav Velchevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Eustacio Ortzi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Branislav Velchevski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimiro Raulo in the 40th minute. Patricio Bamford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Branislav Velchevski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moscovi Ψ's Ovidio Rey was substituted for Vladimiro Raulo. Moscovi Ψ made a substitution. Marco Oinatz replaced Patricio Bamford.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgard Eudoxio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Edgard Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Branislav Velchevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Zacarias Osorio was substituted for Miguel Prosperi. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Bonifacio Suarez got a free kick in the 59th minute. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Eudoxio in the 60th minute of play. Elpidio Francis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiliz Mauleon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Edgard Eudoxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68thth minute of the game Edgard Eudoxio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th minute Elpidio Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiliz Mauleon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st match minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Suarez to maneuver through the defense. Moscovi Ψ's Edu Gol was substituted for Edgard Eudoxio. In the 72nd minute, Bonifacio Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Oinatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Branislav Velchevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Branislav Velchevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Gol in the 88th minute of play.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Moscovi Ψ fully deserved thier win.
