Anderson Laguna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Guillermo Gimeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xu Le Shu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but A.J. 韩文海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Joinville Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Júnior Zanette hit a great ball. Amauri Vieira hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Guillermo Gimeno took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Anderson Laguna to make any attempt to save it. Anderson Laguna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Sena in the 42nd minute. Xu Le Shu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but A.J. 韩文海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. SRP-Laguna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emirşah Öktemer in the 46th minute. The supporters of Joinville Esporte Clube booed when SRP-Laguna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vânderson Penha didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.J. 韩文海 came out of the goal and Xu Le Shu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SRP-Laguna made a substitution. Frasier Crane replaced Xu Le Shu. Joinville Esporte Clube's Serginho Busquets was substituted for Aílton Melo. Joinville Esporte Clube made a substitution. Paulão Tinoco replaced Gino Vander. Joinville Esporte Clube's Jerry Uchiha was substituted for Allan Simão. After a rather tough play, SRP-Laguna's Leandro Figueiredo got a free kick in the 64th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SRP-Laguna eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
