After a defensive mix-up in GARIBALDI FC's zone, Zoil Pequeño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Llorian came out of the goal and Zoil Pequeño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Paulo Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Zoil Pequeño scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Llorian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zoil Pequeño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zoil Pequeño might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Pequeño ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Llorian made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Zoil Pequeño sent off a good shot on target. Zoil Pequeño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zoil Pequeño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rene Llorian having to make a save. GARIBALDI FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Zoil Pequeño scored to the left of an out of position Rene Llorian, making the score, 2-0. Victorio Abaurre charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorio Abaurre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st match minute, GARIBALDI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Abaurre to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rene Llorian. That made the score 3-0 after 22 minutes of play. Zoil Pequeño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduard Hourani hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Rene Llorian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoil Pequeño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Boldu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mile Letina, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Zoil Pequeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian got control of the ball when Zoil Pequeño tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rene Llorian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Zoil Pequeño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rene Llorian having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoil Pequeño got free with Rene Llorian in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 45 minutes, Zoil Pequeño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoil Pequeño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Rene Llorian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoil Pequeño in the 51st minute of play. Rene Llorian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoil Pequeño, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53 played minutes GARIBALDI FC got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Ekain. If Zoil Pequeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in GARIBALDI FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Rene Llorian had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Fortun Bobes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 60th minute, Victorio Abaurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GARIBALDI FC's goalie prevented a goal. Doriva Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The supporters of GARIBALDI FC booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doriva Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leobardo Padierna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mile Letina got free with Jose Boldu in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leobardo Padierna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fortun Bobes was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo ScrugenFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Zeng Jian Cheng almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian did a great save. Leobardo Padierna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
