Gustavo Tartalo ran over to the corner to take the kick. 23 minutes into the match, DS ACADEMY TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Kyle Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Barnaba Jarocewicz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Natalio Mazuste, made in the 24th minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, Ayberk Akgün had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Wennerqvist. Soroca F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ayberk Akgün was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Kyle Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ayberk Akgün in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Amador Venceslao got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Ayberk Akgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayberk Akgün in the 40th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Ayberk Akgün made a precise shot to the right of Dan Wennerqvist. Soroca F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind DS ACADEMY TEAM's goalkeeper Kyle Robinson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ayberk Akgün made a kick off. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Barnaba Jarocewicz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Natalio Mazuste, made in the 51st minute of the game. Jerold Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, DS ACADEMY TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerold Lara to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 60 minutes, Jerold Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DS ACADEMY TEAM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerold Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kyle Robinson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kyle Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Necula in the 71st minute of the match. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Konstanty Pacholewski was substituted for Barnaba Jarocewicz. Stefan Marek's late challenge caught a Soroca F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stefan Marek helped the player get up and apologised. Ayberk Akgün might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dan Wennerqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ayberk Akgün ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute Ayberk Akgün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cyprien Combaz hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Iordanis Karatzaferis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Ciemiega came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
