Manuel Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Malicki in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 8th minute of play forced Volvio Moreno's goalkeeper Manuel Loren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Pankracy Malicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Loren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Vollmar in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when Volvio Moreno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Cambranes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Pacholewski in the 18th minute of play. Raúl Noriega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabirel Garantos during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Volvio Moreno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabirel Garantos to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Vollmar in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Loren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26thth minute of the game João Carlos Porto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Volvio Moreno got a corner. Newcastle United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Presebal ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in František Balek drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Newcastle United's goalkeeper. Raúl Noriega kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when João Carlos Porto came free, but Mikolaj Jerzyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo Zonta. Volvio Moreno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haroldo Presebal in the 37th minute. After taking down the ball on Volvio Moreno's corner Haroldo Presebal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mikolaj Jerzyk quite easily take care of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Carlos Porto made a kick off. Adam Pacholewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Loren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. João Carlos Porto struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Mikolaj Jerzyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Volvio Moreno. With his leg Manuel Loren managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Newcastle United's Pankracy Malicki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Carlos Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. João Carlos Porto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikolaj Jerzyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Manuel Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Kochniarczyk in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 66th minute of play forced Volvio Moreno's goalkeeper Manuel Loren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Volvio Moreno's Manuel Loren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Volvio Moreno from getting a goal against them. In the 70thth minute of the game João Carlos Porto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manuel Loren made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Marian Erland sent off a good shot on target. After 92 minutes Volvio Moreno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zé Paulo Zonta who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Zé Paulo Zonta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Volvio Moreno's Manuel Loren did a great save. Manuel Loren made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Pankracy Malicki sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Volvio Moreno had won after a very even match.
