The crowd rose to their feet as Oliviero Vuelta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isaac Ferreira. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Mieszko Karanowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turgut Soyuer's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Mieszko Karanowski came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer. But to his dismay, Turgut Soyuer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 14 minutes, Turgut Soyuer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PREZULO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Turgut Soyuer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ana Cristina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Karanowski having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgut Soyuer in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mieszko Karanowski saved Marzagão from getting behind. Mieszko Karanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Soyuer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Marzagão booed when PREZULO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Jaunzuria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Ferreira made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Oliviero Vuelta sent off a good shot on target. Mieszko Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 41st minute of play. Mieszko Karanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After the first half PREZULO FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Turgut Soyuer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Shi Xi Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Isaac Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliviero Vuelta in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Fetih Piruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Marzagão defense, Ronny Åman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mieszko Karanowski. The Marzagão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mieszko Karanowski should have stopped the shot. Mieszko Karanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Soyuer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Turgut Soyuer made a precise shot to the right of Mieszko Karanowski. Marzagão's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Turgut Soyuer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mieszko Karanowski. That made the score 1-7 in the 69 minute of play. PREZULO FC's Elce Teleagă was substituted for Turgut Soyuer. PREZULO FC made a substitution. Betão de Brito replaced Saulão Chettle. In the 75th minute, Betão de Brito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mieszko Karanowski. The goal made the score 1-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elce Teleagă in the 80th minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Karanowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Betão de Brito in the 81st minute. Ana Cristina scored 1-9 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mieszko Karanowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Jaunzuria in the 86th minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elce Teleagă in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mieszko Karanowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Betão de Brito got free with Mieszko Karanowski in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mieszko Karanowski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Shi Xi Zhen. The corner led PREZULO FC's Ferreirinha dos Santos to fire away a dangerous shot which Mieszko Karanowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
