The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Petrescu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Povară got control of the ball when António Sobral tried to sneak it across the goal line. If António Sobral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Yue in the 12th minute of play forced F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Iacob Povară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iacob Povară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Sobral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Predador Brasiliense MZBR defense, Silviu Latarețu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vítor Damas. The Predador Brasiliense MZBR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vítor Damas should have stopped the shot. After having played for 18 minutes, Silviu Latarețu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silviu Latarețu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vítor Damas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Găman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Povară got control of the ball when Cris Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iacob Povară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Yue in the 33rd minute of play. Vítor Damas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Găman in the 36th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Predador Brasiliense MZBR got a freekick which was hit by Zhu Yue. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silviu Latarețu in the 44th minute of play forced Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Vítor Damas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Luca Pancu managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Pancu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Damas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Asrın Dirsehan got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute of the match Luca Pancu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vítor Damas skillfully saved the ball. The Predador Brasiliense MZBR players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silviu Latarețu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Kürşat Aurelio in the 53rd minute of play forced F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Iacob Povară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iacob Povară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Yue in the 56th minute of play. Iacob Povară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cris Gol in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Zhu Yue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iacob Povară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Găman to maneuver through the defense. Predador Brasiliense MZBR made a substitution. Camerino Lavalle replaced Cris Gol. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Raúl Palomar was substituted for Ali Kürşat Aurelio. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Pedrinho Salgado was substituted for Asrın Dirsehan. 64 minutes into the game, Ilie Danciu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Predador Brasiliense MZBR the free kick. The supporters of Predador Brasiliense MZBR booed when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilie Danciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, António Sobral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Iacob Povară was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd play minute Gheorghe Bociort came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vítor Damas. 1-2. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA made a substitution. Nichifor Gugea replaced Viorel Gurzău. Iacob Povară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camerino Lavalle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raúl Palomar in the 82nd minute. Iacob Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Palomar, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute Zhu Yue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iacob Povară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sorin Cupșa to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Zhu Yue left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Predador Brasiliense MZBR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 93rd minute, Francisc Ciocoiu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vítor Damas, passed just outside the right post. In the 95th minute, Camerino Lavalle made a precise shot to the right of Iacob Povară. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
