Epifanio Demesio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bozhil Branev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. Gastona FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Vergil Tzarvulkov scored to the left of an out of position Ciriaco Ignazio, making the score, 1-0. Ciriaco Ignazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vergil Tzarvulkov in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Seslavtsi were awarded a corner. Vergil Tzarvulkov went to the cornerflag to take it. When Anani Krúnchev, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 17 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ciriaco Ignazio was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Encho Belberov made a precise shot to the right of Ciriaco Ignazio. Gastona FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Ciriaco Ignazio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Encho Belberov in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Vergil Tzarvulkov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Ignazio was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Vergil Tzarvulkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nemesio Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bozhil Branev having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Epifanio Demesio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gastona FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Gastona FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Melquiades Pero hit a great ball. Gastona FC's Ciriaco Ignazio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yulian Velkov in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Clemente Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gastona FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Rayman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciriaco Ignazio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vergil Tzarvulkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Encho Belberov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ciriaco Ignazio made a huge save. Ciriaco Ignazio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vergil Tzarvulkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Epifanio Demesio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Seslavtsi's Encho Belberov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciriaco Ignazio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 59th minute Vergil Tzarvulkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Ignazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bozhil Branev was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Epifanio Demesio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Epifanio Demesio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vergil Tzarvulkov in the 68th minute of play forced Gastona FC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Ignazio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Mircho Penkochev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Ignazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Salvatore took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bozhil Branev. Bozhil Branev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Ciriaco Ignazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vergil Tzarvulkov in the 79th minute of play. Bozhil Branev was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Clemente Rayman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Clemente Rayman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-5. In the 97th minute, Gastona FC's Epifanio Demesio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-6.
