To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the match, Tapera's goal looked a bit too open when Kıraç Arslantürk came free, but Oswaldo das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oswaldo das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Orhan Atacan in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Oscar Wilde booed when Tapera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oswaldo das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berkem Oytunç, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Honorato Nardo could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Boran Öztan however easily saved by the left post. Tapera's Oswaldo das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kıraç Arslantürk in the 30th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Oscar Wilde's zone, Vítor Luz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boran Öztan came out of the goal and Vítor Luz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th match minute, Oscar Wilde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kerim Akcebe to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Tapera's Vítor Luz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boran Öztan. Boran Öztan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When Demircan Orgunalp fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oscar Wilde's protests and gave Demircan Orgunalp a yellow card for diving instead. Demircan Orgunalp kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Orhan Atacan to make the kick off. With a little luck, Tapera's Oswaldo das Neves got control of the ball when Berkem Oytunç tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kerim Akcebe during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Oscar Wilde's Boran Öztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Nardo in the 96th minute of play.
