Barışcan Korur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Can SK booed when Tapera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guga Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Can SK's zone, Honorato Nardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Okaner Keşif came out of the goal and Honorato Nardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Vítor Luz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Can SK booed when Tapera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovânio Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Douglas Mazza sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Okaner Keşif skillfully saved the ball. In the 29th minute, Tapera's Geovânio Senna seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Geovânio Senna the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tapera protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Geovânio Senna had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 29 played minutes Tapera got a freekick which was hit by Geovânio Senna. Alim Böke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Okaner Keşif made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Nardo in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Sümer Özcebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the game, Tapera's Honorato Nardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Okaner Keşif made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 48th minute, Alim Böke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorato Nardo made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Zeki Tuygun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dedê Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Okaner Keşif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mümtaz Atik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Okaner Keşif was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Honorato Nardo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 65 minute of play. Gökay Karanalp took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oswaldo das Neves. Oswaldo das Neves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Can SK's Okaner Keşif proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Can SK from getting a goal against them. Oswaldo das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökay Karanalp in the 78th minute of play. Dedê Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Okaner Keşif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tapera's Honorato Nardo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dedê Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Okaner Keşif having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilla Kağan Tunçdağ in the 94th minute of play forced Tapera's goalkeeper Oswaldo das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
