After 5 played minutes Squidens IF got a freekick which was hit by Timmy Tunström. In the 8th minute, Gavril Stejaru made a precise shot to the right of Weverton Carneiro. Squidens IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Weverton Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sayan Kitiwinit, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Timmy Tunström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paiboon Permpol. Sheffield FC1857's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timmy Tunström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 41 minutes Sheffield FC1857's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Timmy Tunström who took care of the corner kick. Timmy Tunström made a great header on Squidens IF's corner, it was just that Sheffield FC1857's Paiboon Permpol managed to reach the ball for a save. When Jonny Clayton fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 53rd minute, Kachakon Vibulpan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sheffield FC1857 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Thani Mettarikanon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Weverton Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Kachakon Vibulpan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weverton Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Kachakon Vibulpan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Weverton Carneiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charoensook Pingyos during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Sheffield FC1857:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Squidens IF:s goal. 74 minutes into the game, Harry Heggert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Squidens IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sheffield FC1857 the free kick. Harry Heggert kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Vintilă Văleanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Paiboon Permpol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Sheffield FC1857's goalkeeper Paiboon Permpol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timmy Tunström. After 89 played minutes Squidens IF got a freekick which was hit by Timmy Tunström. After a rather tough play, Squidens IF's Ildefonso Quico got a free kick in the 95th minute. Weverton Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kachakon Vibulpan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sheffield FC1857 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Squidens IF for a fine match.
