Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tymoteusz Watarz made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Bastian Von Axelson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Sefastsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Shadows's Marcos Basso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save The Shadows from getting a goal against them. 7 minutes in the game, Roland Björklund dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 9 played minutes National Team Cape-Verde got a freekick which was hit by Bennvar Post. Pål Sefastsson came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist. But to his dismay, Niklas Lundqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bastian Von Axelson in the 13th minute of play. Pål Sefastsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Lundqvist in the 15th minute of play forced National Team Cape-Verde's goalkeeper Pål Sefastsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pål Sefastsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bastian Von Axelson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bastian Von Axelson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pål Sefastsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match National Team Cape-Verde got a corner. The Shadows's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fredric Melander ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Fredric Melander got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcos Basso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 23 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Bastian Von Axelson came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Lundqvist in the 25th minute of play forced National Team Cape-Verde's goalkeeper Pål Sefastsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bennvar Post struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Marcos Basso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for National Team Cape-Verde. In the 35th minute, Bennvar Post reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcos Basso. The goal made the score 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pål Sefastsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, National Team Cape-Verde's Anton Vibjörnsson got a free kick in the 38th minute. Marcos Basso made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Bennvar Post sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niklas Lundqvist in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pål Sefastsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 47 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Lundqvist came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by National Team Cape-Verde's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Herbert Holmgren was slow to take the kick. During this time The Shadows's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Herbert Holmgren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson did a great save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Lundqvist in the 55th minute of play. Tymoteusz Watarz took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Basso. Marcos Basso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Marcos Basso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Tevez in the 66th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Carlos Alberto Tevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Shadows's Bastian Von Axelson got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. National Team Cape-Verde's Klas Bergqvist was substituted for Tymoteusz Watarz. The Shadows made a substitution. Torgny Söderström replaced Slawomir Cisek. The Shadows's Pawel Gibowski was substituted for Bo á Bø. 78 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goalkeeper Pål Sefastsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdulkerim Türköne. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by National Team Cape-Verde's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Herbert Holmgren was slow to take the kick. During this time The Shadows's players had a chance to rest. The corner led The Shadows's Herbert Holmgren to fire away a dangerous shot which Pål Sefastsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pål Sefastsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdulkerim Türköne in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdulkerim Türköne in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Pål Sefastsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Holmgren in the 95th minute of play. Klas Bergqvist scored 3-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Basso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. National Team Cape-Verde's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
