A wasted opportunity for DIF LEEDS BK. Brazilio Butt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bennvar Post showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's Jerry Jonasson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pål Sefastsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. DIF LEEDS BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave National Team Cape-Verde the free kick. Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Tevez in the 92nd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of DIF LEEDS BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of National Team Cape-Verde:s goal. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for National Team Cape-Verde. Klas Bergqvist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Brazilio Butt. 6-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the DIF LEEDS BK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for National Team Cape-Verde.
