After a defensive mix-up in The Shadows's zone, Gong Qi Fan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Basso came out of the goal and Gong Qi Fan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Niklas Lundqvist notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson. Andreas Andersson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to The Shadows getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ni Yu Feng hit a great ball. Niklas Lundqvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Andreas Andersson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gong Qi Fan to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Ni Yu Feng in the 50th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa. Marcos Basso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xiao Zhen Jian in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Pawel Gibowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Shadows's Marcos Basso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save The Shadows from getting a goal against them. Marcos Basso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Qi Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Shadows made a substitution. Berndt Edelweiss replaced Slawomir Cisek. The Shadows's Ni Zhen Ying was substituted for Ni Yu Feng. Herbert Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Gong Qi Fan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcos Basso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Niklas Lundqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Svahn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Marcos Basso made a huge save. Niklas Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Lundqvist in the 83rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Börna Bulldogs defense, Niklas Lundqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Andersson. The Börna Bulldogs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Andersson should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matias Svahn got free with Marcos Basso in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 89 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Lundqvist came free, but Andreas Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Niklas Lundqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matias Svahns short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Marcos Basso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Shadows's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
