Thanks to some nice moves Göran Cane could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Rıza Vuralhan however easily saved by the left post. In the 6th minute, Göran Cane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan got control of the ball when Göran Cane tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rıza Vuralhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Cane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göran Cane received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rıza Vuralhan came out and tried to block the shot, but Göran Cane slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. After 24 minutes of play, Strömsbro IF's Argyris Papapetrou made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Linus Ahlquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Svartvallstjärnens IF made a substitution. Tore Svartström replaced Elliott Malmberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Ljusberg in the 29th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Rıza Vuralhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svartvallstjärnens IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Björn Andberg in the 30th minute. Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Cane in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Göran Cane's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rıza Vuralhan was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Strömsbro IF defense, Mats Ljusberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rıza Vuralhan. The Strömsbro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rıza Vuralhan should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Svartvallstjärnens IF's Mats Ljusberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rıza Vuralhan. That made the score 3-1 after 42 minutes of play. In the 45th minute Charlie Beck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Ahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charlie Beck to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Argyris Papapetrou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Linus Ahlquist. Argyris Papapetrou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. 65 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Göran Cane sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rıza Vuralhan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th minute of the match, Charlie Beck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Linus Ahlquist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Linus Ahlquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Svartvallstjärnens IF from getting a goal against them. Rıza Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Cane in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 77th minute Göran Cane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıza Vuralhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Linus Ahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Beck, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute.
