The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ivan Drago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jürgen Trittin in the 29th minute of play. Mala Cara kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Merih Demiral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvar Arvidsson. Kattvik kings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Merih Demiral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for John Bratt to strike the kick off in the second half. Kurt Lövgren made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jan Wennerberg immediately put the ball in play. 58 minutes into the match, Pepe Argento notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson. Alvar Arvidsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Coronel Llorente replaced Ludwig Modig. Johan Sellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Arvidsson having to interfere. Ivan Drago came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Kattvik kings's Şenel Zeval. But to his dismay, Şenel Zeval quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Lost Boys Sports Academy's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
