Hidayat Peng started the match with the kick off. Aggelos Telakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Teo in the 4th minute of the match. Franco Burgos in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Afiz Teo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 11 played minutes George Weahs Academy got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Capșuneanu. In the 12th minute, Zafran Chuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Franco Burgos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Afiz Teo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Franco Burgos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afiz Teo having to make a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 22 minutes into the game, when Shafiq Chien-Kwan put in a rough tackle. In the 22nd minute, one of Redbourn AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Redbourn AFC. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for George Weahs Academy. Francis Birir stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Afiz Teo. 1-1. After 28 played minutes George Weahs Academy got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Capșuneanu. 28 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's Zafran Chuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aggelos Telakos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by George Weahs Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zafran Chuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Redbourn AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Zafran Chuan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but George Weahs Academy's Aggelos Telakos did a great save. In the 34th minute Didi Teo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aggelos Telakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afiz Teo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Burgos in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Franco Burgos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afiz Teo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 43rd minute Franco Burgos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Teo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Didi Teo made a precise shot to the right of Aggelos Telakos. George Weahs Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Redbourn AFC's Jonathan Soon got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Afiz Teo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franco Burgos's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute Franco Burgos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Teo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afiz Teo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Burgos in the 64th minute of the match. Afiz Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sorin Capșuneanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute George Weahs Academy were awarded a corner. Francis Birir went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led George Weahs Academy's Franco Burgos to fire away a dangerous shot which Afiz Teo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of George Weahs Academy booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mujahid Dryburgh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aggelos Telakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Teo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franco Burgos in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afiz Teo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute, Ngina Njoroge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Teo in the 84th minute of play forced George Weahs Academy's goalkeeper Aggelos Telakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Franco Burgos managed to get in a good position for a shot. George Weahs Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Burgos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afiz Teo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 played minutes Redbourn AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zafran Chuan. After a rather tough play, George Weahs Academy's Ngina Njoroge got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute, Franco Burgos made a precise shot to the right of Afiz Teo. Redbourn AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. When Charles Wemba fell near the penalty area in the 99th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored George Weahs Academy's protests and gave Charles Wemba a yellow card for diving instead. George Weahs Academy were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Redbourn AFC for a fine match.
