Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bennvar Post started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennvar Post in the 3rd minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Linus Ahlquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 played minutes Svartvallstjärnens IF got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Hägert. Karl-Oskar Björkdal hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Andberg came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Bennvar Post recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Linus Ahlquist. Bennvar Post showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind National Team Cape-Verde's goalkeeper Pål Sefastsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 26 played minutes National Team Cape-Verde got a freekick which was hit by Leon Fasgar. National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Cane in the 29th minute of play. Bennvar Post blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Linus Ahlquist having to make a save. Göran Cane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pål Sefastsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Kieth Isebergh managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Yin Yang Wei in the 45 minute of the game. In the 46th match minute, Svartvallstjärnens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Hägert to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of National Team Cape-Verde booed when Svartvallstjärnens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kieth Isebergh didn't get a good kick on the ball. National Team Cape-Verde made a substitution. Carlos Alberto Tevez replaced Bennvar Post. Kieth Isebergh kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Linus Ahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tymoteusz Watarz in the 49th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Göran Cane was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Alberto Tevez in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Linus Ahlquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ture Nordmark kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Andberg came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in National Team Cape-Verde's zone, Björn Andberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pål Sefastsson came out of the goal and Björn Andberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Svartvallstjärnens IF made a substitution. Villiam Marklund replaced Tore Svartström. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Edvin Lindholm was substituted for Tomas Kvalfält. Mats Ljusberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Pål Sefastsson made a huge save. Linus Ahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Tevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Göran Cane notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson. Pål Sefastsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 91 minutes Svartvallstjärnens IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tymoteusz Watarz who took care of the corner kick. Göran Cane took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pål Sefastsson. Pål Sefastsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.
