The tension between the Rönnöfors FF and the Svartvallstjärnens IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. 7 minutes into the game, one of Rönnöfors FF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Linus Ahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute, Henry Fagerberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rönnöfors FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Göran Cane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute Göran Cane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Per Tunström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Ahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Linus Ahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 20th minute of the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Göran Cane was the one to do the kick off. Kevin Karlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Linus Ahlquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per Tunström. The crowd rose to their feet as Rönnöfors FF's Henry Fagerberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Linus Ahlquist. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. Hubert Fagrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Karlberg in the 60th minute of the match. Sten Hökqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Hubert Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Andberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Göran Cane notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Rönnöfors FF's Hubert Fagrell. Hubert Fagrell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arne Stor kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Svartvallstjärnens IF made a substitution. Villiam Marklund replaced Tore Svartström. In the 69th match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Stor to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göran Cane in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hubert Fagrell saved Rönnöfors FF from getting behind. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Linus Ahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Stenberg in the 79th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Arne Stor in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Svartvallstjärnens IF's Edvin Lindholm. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Linus Ahlquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Svartvallstjärnens IF from getting a goal against them. Hubert Fagrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göran Cane in the 88th minute of play. When Göran Cane came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Svartvallstjärnens IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göran Cane couldn't finish the play. Linus Ahlquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Stenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hubert Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Cane, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Alvar Vibjörnsson got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Henry Fagerberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Linus Ahlquist to make any attempt to save it. The Rönnöfors FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rönnöfors FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
