Pierre-Emile Højbjerg was slow to take the kick. During this time GrassNuts FC's players had a chance to rest. Wargön's Sören Tunberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitaliy van der Aa in the 18th minute of play. GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Liberatore in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of GrassNuts FC booed when Wargön was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Stephansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vitaliy van der Aa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Liberatore got free with Su Peng Jian in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Su Peng Jian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikael Liberatore went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Su Peng Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Liberatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Brian Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitaliy van der Aa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sören Tunberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. 51 minutes into the game, Artur Buba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Su Peng Jian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roger Stephansson hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Wargön's Mikael Liberatore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Su Peng Jian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Su Peng Jian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Mikael Liberatore notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian. Su Peng Jian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Liberatore in the 67th minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Su Peng Jian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Arne Nilsson in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Su Peng Jian saved GrassNuts FC from getting behind. When Pierre-Emile Højbjerg fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GrassNuts FC's protests and gave Pierre-Emile Højbjerg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wargön booed when GrassNuts FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Liberatore came free, but Su Peng Jian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Mikael Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Liberatore came free, but Su Peng Jian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Su Peng Jian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Arne Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Su Peng Jian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Arne Nilsson in the 77th minute of play. After some careless play in the GrassNuts FC defense, Nils-Arne Nilsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Su Peng Jian. The GrassNuts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Su Peng Jian should have stopped the shot. Wargön's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
