Scrotum Kickers FC's Zbigniew Furlit quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Herbert Holmgren came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Per-Oskar Söderström could save by the left post. In the 10th minute, The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Per-Oskar Söderström. Per-Oskar Söderström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The Shadows's Marcos Basso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosmin Donecea in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Gonzalo Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per-Oskar Söderström came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist. But to his dismay, Niklas Lundqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Slawomir Cisek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per-Oskar Söderström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Boguslaw Domamir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Donecea in the 28th minute of play forced The Shadows's goalkeeper Marcos Basso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niklas Lundqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Per-Oskar Söderström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcos Basso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosmin Donecea in the 32nd minute of play. Niklas Lundqvist struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Per-Oskar Söderström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Shadows. Niklas Lundqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Per-Oskar Söderström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Scrotum Kickers FC's Per-Oskar Söderström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Scrotum Kickers FC from getting a goal against them. After 41 played minutes Scrotum Kickers FC got a freekick which was hit by Holger Falkrantz. Marcos Basso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosmin Donecea in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niklas Lundqvist to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Gonzalo Maradona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Shadows's Marcos Basso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Scrotum Kickers FC got a corner. The Shadows's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boguslaw Domamir ran over to the corner to take the kick. Per-Oskar Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 60 minutes of play, The Shadows's Herbert Holmgren made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per-Oskar Söderström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Scrotum Kickers FC made a substitution. Rudolf Gråberg replaced Gonzalo Maradona. In the 67th minute, David Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Shadows's Torgny Söderström was substituted for Slawomir Cisek. The Shadows made a substitution. Abdulkerim Türköne replaced Niklas Lundqvist. Per-Oskar Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulkerim Türköne in the 70th minute of the match. If Boguslaw Domamir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Scrotum Kickers FC's Cosmin Donecea couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for The Shadows. For all the effort they put into the match, the Scrotum Kickers FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Shadows.
