Lunna IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Erik Cantona scored to the left of an out of position Vladimir Pinheiro, making the score, 1-0. Erik Cantona came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vladimir Pinheiro could save by the left post. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Hysén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22ndth minute of the game Arne Botnen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunna IF's Vladimir Pinheiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Cantona in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimir Pinheiro saved Lunna IF from getting behind. Vladimir Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Erik Cantona sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the match, Lunna IF's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Botnen came free, but Vladimir Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Cantona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vladimir Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Cantona in the 36th minute. Markus Stor hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Brian Laudrup was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vladimir Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Cantona in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Lunna IF's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Cantona came free, but Vladimir Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Lunna IF getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Valentin Jönsson hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Saga TF's Erik Cantona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimir Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vladimir Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Cantona, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Lunna IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arne Botnen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Vladimir Pinheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erik Cantona went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 89th minute, Leszek Milko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Saga TF's zone, Luís Figo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joachim Forseth came out of the goal and Luís Figo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Erik Cantona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saga TF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Cantona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Saga TF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Botnen to maneuver through the defense.
