A collision led to Skövde AIK getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Georg Norström hit a great ball. Tony Lindell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Viktor Pettersson. Skövde AIK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Jerry Williams fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skövde AIK's protests and gave Jerry Williams a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Jerry Williams hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fresco Sesse came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Bajenland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fresco Sesse couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute Kurt Hamrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hägg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skövde AIK's Viktor Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Lindell in the 17th minute of play. When Wang Bing fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bajenland's protests and gave Wang Bing a yellow card for diving instead. The referee showed Hans Petersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bajenland booed when Skövde AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Petersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Denis Ifrim notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Skövde AIK's Viktor Pettersson. Viktor Pettersson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
