Marcos Basso was a little too slow when Adriano Croti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. Adriano Croti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Marcos Basso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bajenland's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niklas Lundqvist during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niklas Lundqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Adriano Croti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niklas Lundqvist got free with Emil Hägg in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Hägg went to the wrong direction when Herbert Holmgren was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Niklas Lundqvist scored 1-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Hägg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
