The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chen Ao Fan was the one to do the kick off. Skövde AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chen Ao Fan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Chen Ao Fan came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. spikarna's Olof Hamnberg was substituted for Niklas Söderberg. After a rather tough play, Skövde AIK's Kurt Hamrin got a free kick in the 61st minute. Ronnie Hellström came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by spikarna's Kaj Hård. But to his dismay, Kaj Hård quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Lars Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chen Ao Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chen Ao Fan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Lars Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronnie Hellström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atakan Pepe in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Skövde AIK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for spikarna.
