Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Henry Fagerberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by National Team Cape-Verde's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per Stenberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Rönnöfors FF's players had a chance to rest. Sigvard Biörnberg made a great header on Rönnöfors FF's corner, it was just that National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 6th minute, Carlos Alberto Tevez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hubert Fagrell. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 14th minute Fredric Melander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes National Team Cape-Verde got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Watarz. 18 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Hubert Fagrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tymoteusz Watarz. Pål Sefastsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Stenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pål Sefastsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Rönnöfors FF were awarded a corner. Per Stenberg went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torsten Åman in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pål Sefastsson saved National Team Cape-Verde from getting behind. Per Stenberg took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pål Sefastsson. Pål Sefastsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Rönnöfors FF's Arne Stor got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute Per Stenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Sefastsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per Stenberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pål Sefastsson having to make a save. Pål Sefastsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Stenberg in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Per Stenberg notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson. Pål Sefastsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Rönnöfors FF were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Alberto Tevez was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's Carlos Alberto Tevez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hubert Fagrell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rönnöfors FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Arne Stor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rönnöfors FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Stor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pål Sefastsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the game, Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pål Sefastsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Per Stenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Bennvar Post sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per Stenberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pål Sefastsson having to make a save. Per Stenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Pål Sefastsson made a huge save. Bennvar Post received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hubert Fagrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The National Team Cape-Verde fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when National Team Cape-Verde's Bennvar Post looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 93rd match minute, National Team Cape-Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Vibjörnsson to maneuver through the defense. Chants of Rönnöfors FF echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as National Team Cape-Verde had held the ball for most of the match.
