In the 4th minute, Faas Wilkes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th minute, spikarna's Atakan Pepe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Eden in the 10th minute of play. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. Lars Norberg came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Vykans Vikingar's Mats Hermansson. But to his dismay, Mats Hermansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Kaj Hård took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Ekrot. Marcus Ekrot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Marcus Ekrot made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Kaj Hård sent off a good shot on target. Vykans Vikingar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fernan Berart in the 37th minute. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 44 minutes into the game, Kaj Hård recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcus Ekrot. Kaj Hård showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Kaj Hård made the kick off in the second half. Lars Norberg was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Mats Hermansson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mats Hermansson really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Abdi Revis replaced Hugo Eden. 69 minutes into the match, spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Trancoso. spikarna's Lars Norberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save spikarna from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute Vykans Vikingar were awarded a corner. Fernan Berart went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Fernan Berart got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lars Norberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lars Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Mutumba in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Martin Mutumba hit a great ball. Kaj Hård sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes of play, Vykans Vikingar's Martin Mutumba made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars Norberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Mutumba in the 89th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The spikarna fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vykans Vikingar had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
