When Olof Ersman came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the SSC Ambrosini fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olof Ersman couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gugu Silva to strike the kick off in the second half. Joel Forssell scored 2-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marquinhos Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olof Ersman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marquinhos Xavier having to make a save. Marquinhos Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 70th match minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gugu Silva to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Brito charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Brito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Pedro Paulo Salles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2.
