The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Dacian Jurăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Cosula-BTF-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dacian Jurăscu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dacian Jurăscu scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Marzagão defense, Dacian Jurăscu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. The Marzagão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Luís Fernandez should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Alfredinho Quintal got a free kick in the 17th minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Irinel Irimescu tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Dacian Jurăscu got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Luís Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After having played for 36 minutes, Neil Mar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marzagão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Neil Mar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute Filip Hosu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes FC Cosula-BTF- got a freekick which was hit by Alin Bucur. In the 47th match minute, Marzagão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano de Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. Marzagão made a substitution. Serafim Reis replaced Alfredinho Quintal. Marzagão made a substitution. Gilberto Saraiva replaced Fabiano de Queiroz. Fabiano de Queiroz hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Filip Hosu made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Luís Fernandez came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Cosula-BTF-'s Dacian Jurăscu. But to his dismay, Dacian Jurăscu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The supporters of Marzagão booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Hosu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Dacian Jurăscu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marzagão's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Dacian Jurăscu scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Luís Fernandez, making the score, 0-6. After 84 minutes of play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Dacian Jurăscu made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luís Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alin Bucur kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Dan Alupulesei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cosula-BTF-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marzagão the free kick. The supporters of Marzagão booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Alupulesei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neil Mar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 97th minute, Dacian Jurăscu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FC Cosula-BTF- players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
