They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With an all-out effort, Fae Folgore's Carlos Miguel threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dariusz Kluczyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fae Folgore's Jordano Bruno quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edmundo Pirani, made in the 59th minute of the game. In the 60th match minute, GRÊMIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí Terra to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Miguel made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Marco Fabelo sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Miguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Fabelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The GRÊMIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Miguel should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Wincenty Szarmach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fae Folgore's supporters rose to their feet, but Wincenty Szarmach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Miguel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in GRÊMIO's zone, Wincenty Szarmach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Miguel came out of the goal and Wincenty Szarmach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 87 played minutes GRÊMIO got a freekick which was hit by Roger Machado. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Wincenty Szarmach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fae Folgore's supporters rose to their feet, but Wincenty Szarmach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Miguel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Wincenty Szarmach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fae Folgore fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. The GRÊMIO fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fae Folgore were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
