In the 12thth minute of the game Tomás Abraão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA VIOLA's Sérgio Urbano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Tomás Abraão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vancouver Reds fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Sérgio Urbano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Abraão's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Pang Jun kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Omar Duardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nacho Abril, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Sérgio Urbano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferdinand Boucher went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Sérgio Urbano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Abraão's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. When Vancouver Reds's Tomás Abraão in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio Urbano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nacho Abril made the kick off in the second half. Nacho Abril received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Omar Duardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LA VIOLA's Sérgio Urbano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save LA VIOLA from getting a goal against them. Vancouver Reds made a substitution. After a rather tough play, LA VIOLA's John Torsberg got a free kick in the 70th minute. 73 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Sérgio Urbano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdinand Boucher. Tomás Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Urbano having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Frântu got free with Sérgio Urbano in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sérgio Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Ferdinand Boucher put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Sérgio Urbano. In a very dangerous position, a player in LA VIOLA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty!
