A nice corner shot did that Ivar Carlsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Moritz Kran quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, LA VIOLA's Sérgio Urbano got control of the ball when Iacob Vernescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 minutes, Emmanouil Kappos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BVB 09 and the LA VIOLA players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to BVB 09 getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Emmanouil Kappos hit a great ball. Emmanouil Kappos ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Matei Chelaru came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the BVB 09 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matei Chelaru couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Iacob Vernescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio Urbano was relentless in the 41st minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matei Chelaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Chilian couldn't finish the play. LA VIOLA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
