Rune Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durval Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Rune Grep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percy Cearense in the 7th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Lirarnas Lag defense, Durval Meireles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rune Grep. The Lirarnas Lag fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rune Grep should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Lirarnas Lag booed when BRASIL.Sp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frédson Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille came free, but Caio Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lirarnas Lag were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after BRASIL.Sp's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hjalmar Kråk took the corner. After taking down the ball on Lirarnas Lag's corner Hjalmar Kråk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Caio Penha quite easily take care of the ball. Percy Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hjalmar Kråk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lirarnas Lag's Hjalmar Kråk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Caio Penha. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. Paulo José Neto charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. BRASIL.Sp's Caio Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hjalmar Kråk in the 55th minute of play. Pedro Varela hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Caio Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille in the 59th minute of the match. Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lon Lanteigne in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Lirarnas Lag getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille hit a great ball. Elpidio Feliu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 79 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caio Penha. Caio Penha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The BRASIL.Sp supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BRASIL.Sp would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
