Vagner Vennitze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Tamer Siraceddin made a huge save. 8 minutes into the game, Samet Kutlughan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Tatangelos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holmkjar Hotspurs the free kick. After 8 played minutes Los Tatangelos got a freekick which was hit by Samet Kutlughan. The crowd rose to their feet as Tonni Dong kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tamer Siraceddin. That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. Egil Sølve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Can Timurkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tonni Dong came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Holmkjar Hotspurs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tonni Dong couldn't finish the play. Tonni Dong received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tamer Siraceddin came out and tried to block the shot, but Tonni Dong slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 26th match minute, Holmkjar Hotspurs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oluf Ankerbøl to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Loui Bargmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holmkjar Hotspurs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Tatangelos the free kick. A collision led to Holmkjar Hotspurs getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Loui Bargmann hit a great ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Egil Sølve, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Tatangelos's Mehmet Ediz Kurman got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Holmkjar Hotspurs fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Holmkjar Hotspurs's Tonni Dong looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vagner Vennitze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Tamer Siraceddin made a huge save. Los Tatangelos's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Oluf Ankerbøl 43 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-1. Los Tatangelos's Tamer Siraceddin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonni Dong in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

When Holmkjar Hotspurs's Tonni Dong in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Tatangelos's goalie prevented a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Ümit Durukan came free, but Egil Sølve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tonni Dong might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tamer Siraceddin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tonni Dong ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when Los Tatangelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüseyin Can Timurkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Vagner Vennitze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Siraceddin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tamer Siraceddin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonni Dong in the 69th minute of the match. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Kalle Bjarkmann replaced Oluf Ankerbøl. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Timmi Bantz was substituted for Holger Korst. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kalle Bjarkmann in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tamer Siraceddin saved Los Tatangelos from getting behind. Los Tatangelos were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Holmkjar Hotspurs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Münir Soysan took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Samet Kutlughan drilling the ball in to score 5-2 behind Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper. Tamer Siraceddin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonni Dong in the 78th minute of the match. Münir Soysan's late challenge caught a Holmkjar Hotspurs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Münir Soysan helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Los Tatangelos got a freekick which was hit by Münir Soysan. Egil Sølve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cuma Han, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute Tonni Dong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Siraceddin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Holmkjar Hotspurs from getting a goal against them. Gunther Kjærbye hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Holmkjar Hotspurs fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Tatangelos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
