FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cícero Pereira in the 14th minute of play. Dorival Rezende took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ted Kobbeltvedt. Ted Kobbeltvedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazimierz Cichowski in the 27th minute of the match. Denis Schubring was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. FC Drik's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 30 minutes into the match, Calesso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Schubring came free, but Serginho Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willy Reitoft made a great header on FC Drik's corner, it was just that Calesso FC's Serginho Nogueira managed to reach the ball for a save. Calesso FC's Serginho Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Schubring in the 34th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, FC Drik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Schubring to maneuver through the defense. FC Drik made a substitution. After the first half Calesso FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernst Barskov to make the kick off. Júnior Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Hemming Glykær sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ted Kobbeltvedt came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Calesso FC's Kazimierz Cichowski. But to his dismay, Kazimierz Cichowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calvin Townsley in the 61st minute of play forced Calesso FC's goalkeeper Serginho Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ted Kobbeltvedt was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Emil Genev capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emil Genev really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. If Calvin Townsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serginho Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Schubring, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Dorival Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serginho Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Barskov in the 81st minute of the match. Calesso FC's Serginho Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calvin Townsley in the 83rd minute of play. Caetano da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Calvin Townsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. FC Drik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hemming Glykær was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th match minute, Calesso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eren Tavil to maneuver through the defense. Júnior Baiano made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dorival Rezende immediately put the ball in play. In the 95th match minute, FC Drik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Schubring to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Calesso FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Drik.
