With a little luck, Vascogoianiense FC's Nelsinho Leite got control of the ball when Charro Dieguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Charro Dieguez in the 79th minute of play forced Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper Nelsinho Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ryan Hita in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nelsinho Leite prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Ryan Hita put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nelsinho Leite. Hélder Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Paulo Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
