With an all-out effort, F.Salgado F.C.'s Sabin Pânzaru threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teodoro Moreno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 7th match minute, F.Salgado F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Tomporowski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Bianco in the 10th minute of play forced F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Matt Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Bianco in the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Carlo Borgatello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matt Ryan. F.Salgado F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlo Borgatello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Federico Bianco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Matt Ryan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 21 minutes on the clock, Augusto Graziani commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of FC Aquile Azzurre:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of F.Salgado F.C.:s goal. It was a well-played corner which Bel Cross managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Aquile Azzurre's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. F.Salgado F.C. were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after FC Aquile Azzurre's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robert Macaneață took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Robert Macaneață got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sabin Pânzaru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Matt Ryan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Federico Bianco went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the match, F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabin Pânzaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlo Borgatello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save F.Salgado F.C. from getting a goal against them. Sabin Pânzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Moreno in the 57th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Matt Ryan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Teodoro Moreno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Matt Ryan managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when FC Aquile Azzurre's Federico Bianco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When FC Aquile Azzurre's Carlo Borgatello in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.Salgado F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. FC Aquile Azzurre's Alex Buffone was substituted for Osvaldinho Queirós. FC Aquile Azzurre made a substitution. João Francisco Correia replaced Wu Fei. F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinç Dede in the 71st minute of play. Sabin Pânzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Moreno in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Teodoro Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Pânzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Yuan Xiong in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.Salgado F.C.'s Pitin Sánchez. After 83 played minutes FC Aquile Azzurre got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Correia. In the 84th minute of the match Robert Macaneață shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sabin Pânzaru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan got control of the ball when Elia Pasin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Matt Ryan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Bianco. Federico Bianco took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matt Ryan. Matt Ryan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinç Dede in the 95th minute of play.
