Oséias Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Ibañez in the 3rd minute of play. Amador Weather blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Firmin Négrel having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tostão de Queirós in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Firmin Négrel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ANAHA FC's Firmin Négrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Corrêa in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Su got free with Firmin Négrel in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ANAHA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Djibril Herbaut in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute Francisco Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséias Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Firmin Négrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tostão de Queirós's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARAUCARIA FC's goalkeeper Oséias Fantini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ANAHA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Tostão de Queirós scored to the left of an out of position Firmin Négrel, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanek Walczyk in the 36th minute of play forced ARAUCARIA FC's goalkeeper Oséias Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Francisco Ibañez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oséias Fantini. ARAUCARIA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Ibañez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 44th minute, Tanek Walczyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ANAHA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Ibañez to strike the kick off in the second half. If Tanek Walczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes ANAHA FC got a freekick which was hit by Djibril Herbaut. 65 minutes into the match, ANAHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lukács Madaras came free, but Firmin Négrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséias Fantini was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Tanek Walczyk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tanek Walczyk really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. After a rather tough play, ANAHA FC's Djibril Herbaut got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 79 minutes ARAUCARIA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Djibril Herbaut who took care of the corner kick. 84 minutes into the match, ANAHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hilbert Lyvang came free, but Firmin Négrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséias Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Georgescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oséias Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tanek Walczyk in the 96th minute.
