The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The referee's whistle sounded for the end of the second half. The match was tied at 3-3. None of the players looked happy at the prospect of extra-time.

After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. Wy-pas's Michal Piechocki started the play with the initial kick off. With a little luck, FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov got control of the ball when Michal Piechocki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Georgi Velinov had in the 145thth minute some difficulties stopping Fintan Walker's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
