SV Bad Harzburg's Kaimo Liiva quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Daniel Correia, made in the 8th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Daniel Correia in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SV Bad Harzburg's Roberto Carlos. Silvestre Loi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Gama having to interfere. In the 16thth minute of the game Angelo Assunção who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacek Matuch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şükrü Yazargil, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Silvestre Loi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Anselmo Gama made a huge save. If Aloísio Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th minute Aloísio Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacek Matuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Loi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Anselmo Gama made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, MACAU. F.C's goalkeeper Anselmo Gama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Éthan Pichard. In the 35th minute of the match MACAU. F.C got a corner. SV Bad Harzburg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Correia ran over to the corner to take the kick. MACAU. F.C's Daniel Correia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacek Matuch in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 39th minute of the match, Silvestre Loi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anselmo Gama was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 47 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goal looked a bit too open when Şükrü Yazargil came free, but Jacek Matuch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Assunção made a kick off. In the 52nd play minute Angelo Assunção came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jacek Matuch. 0-1. F.C's Anselmo Gama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Loi in the 80th minute of play. SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save SV Bad Harzburg from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 84 in the game by Traian Iorda from a close distance when the talented Jacek Matuch managed to make a qualified save. SV Bad Harzburg's players were relieved. MACAU. F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bater Pivetta in the 85th minute. 92 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's Silvestre Loi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Gama narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

When the final whistle sounded MACAU. F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SV Bad Harzburg.
