An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Soroka in the 22nd minute of play forced Formentera's goalkeeper Seyhan Atlıhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Wilfredo Benvide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Filanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cyprian Filanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Lönn in the 28th minute of play. Seyhan Atlıhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigiusz Soroka in the 33rd minute of the match. Cyprian Filanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Benvide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Czarni Chropaczów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Jan-Erik Lönn struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Cyprian Filanowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Formentera. Jan-Erik Lönn kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Cyprian Filanowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 64th match minute, Czarni Chropaczów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Domarecki to maneuver through the defense. When Jan-Erik Lönn came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Formentera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Erik Lönn couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Formentera getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Justino Hondo hit a great ball. Cyprian Filanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Lönn in the 69th minute of play. After some careless play in the Formentera defense, Remigiusz Soroka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Seyhan Atlıhan. The Formentera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Seyhan Atlıhan should have stopped the shot. Czarni Chropaczów made a substitution. Marian Pieknik replaced Leonard Giejda. 78 minutes into the match, Formentera's Wilfredo Benvide sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cyprian Filanowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Formentera supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Formentera would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
