An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Savier in the 13th minute of play forced Cavallino Rampante II's goalkeeper Silvio Ortzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, Cavallino Rampante II was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Enaut to maneuver through the defense. Eleuterio Tipi kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Gregorio Garikoitz made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Haroldo Caradaro sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Jacobo Herauso sped through Cavallino Rampante II's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silvio Ortzi. A collision led to Cavallino Rampante II getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Luisito Filipo hit a great ball. Unidad de Matanza's Jacobo Herauso got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haroldo Caradaro made a kick off. The supporters of Cavallino Rampante II booed when Unidad de Matanza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacobo Herauso got free with Silvio Ortzi in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Cavallino Rampante II were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Unidad de Matanza for a fine match.
