The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guy Van Eeckhout took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dido Stamenov. The Invictus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Iliya Atanasov fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Teo Baert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dido Stamenov having to interfere. Tinko Kalyonski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Widdepenninck having to interfere. If Teo Baert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Bocho Chovanski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Widdepenninck. Invictus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bocho Chovanski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Baert in the 43rd minute of play forced ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's goalkeeper Dido Stamenov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teo Baert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dido Stamenov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bocho Chovanski made a kick off. Bocho Chovanski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Guy Van Eeckhout managed to get in a good position for a shot. Invictus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guy Van Eeckhout was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dido Stamenov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Johny Godefroid in Invictus FC was the one to initiate the kick off. When Bobby Thielens was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 100 minutes had been played. Bobby Thielens hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. With a little luck, ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's Dido Stamenov got control of the ball when Johny Godefroid tried to sneak it across the goal line. Richard Widdepenninck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sasho Romanski in the 108th minute of play. Dido Stamenov made a fantastic save in the 110th minute, when Tran De Meyer sent off a good shot on target. Johny Godefroid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 114th minute of the match, but Dido Stamenov made a huge save. The Invictus FC players wondered just what they needed to do win this one. 105 minutes had now been played and the teams were still tied. Penalties were starting to look likely.

After 118 played minutes ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг got a freekick which was hit by Tinko Kalyonski. After a rather tough play, Invictus FC's Thys Hulsen got a free kick in the 124th minute. Dido Stamenov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johny Godefroid, who was totally free with the ball in the 127th minute. 128 minutes into the match, ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's goal looked a bit too open when Johny Godefroid came free, but Dido Stamenov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Radostin Mihnev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Richard Widdepenninck. That made the score 3-4 in the 130 minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
